Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) will celebrate its 63rd foundation day on

15th December 2025. KVS was started on 15th December 1963 for the children

of Central Government employees. Originally, KVS was known as Central School.

Initially, KVS had only 20 schools. Today, it runs 1289 schools, 1371183 Students,

56810 employees, 25 regional offices and 5 ZIETs.

On 04.12.2025 (Thursday), the Annual Panel Inspection of PM SHRI KV Janakpuri will be conducted by a galaxy of intellectuals. Through the Annual Inspection, we learn many new things thanks to the observers' suggestions.
